Carrie began her real estate career in 1995, quickly establishing herself as a trusted expert in residential development and luxury property marketing. With decades of experience advising builders and developers, she has become a go-to consultant for projects ranging from boutique infill communities to large-scale developments in both established and emerging markets.
Her leadership was instrumental in launching a multi-office real estate brokerage that grew to 16 locations nationwide. In 2015, she founded her own independent luxury real estate firm, providing specialized consulting services to developers, builders, and high-net-worth clients.
Carrie currently leads the #1 midsize team in Indiana by volume, and her influence now extends to the Atlanta market, where she continues to collaborate with some of the region’s most visionary developers. Known for her market insight, strategic planning, and elevated brand positioning, Carrie is frequently brought in during the early planning phases to advise on product mix, pricing, architecture, and marketing strategy.
In recognition of her deep industry knowledge and strong reputation within the community, Carrie was appointed by global visionary Mayor Jim Brainard to serve on the Carmel, Indiana Plan Commission—further solidifying her role as a respected voice in the intersection of real estate development and smart urban planning.
A recipient of the Five Star Agent award every year since 2012, Carrie was named the top-producing agent in Indianapolis in 2018 and was selected as the first founding broker for Compass Real Estate in Indiana in 2021. Her success is grounded in her collaborative approach, deep understanding of the luxury buyer, and ability to help developers maximize both impact and profitability.
